Starring Howard Rypp from the Nephesh Theatre in Israel, this production, translated by Saul Bellow and featuring music by Ron Wiseman, weaves klezmer music into a surrealistic theatrical presentation. Audiences will be captivated by Gimpel’s unwavering faith and his journey through betrayal and ridicule, inspiring reflection and belief in human goodness.

Renowned entertainer and Jewish cultural activist Avi Hoffman presents an entertaining and educational evening introducing the depth and beauty of the great Yiddish writers. Through both Yiddish and English poetry and prose, we rediscover the lost treasures of Yiddish culture.
